We challenge anyone to come to The Bushcraft Show and not go home having learned something new. We have an array of expert speakers, activities and demonstrations where you can build upon your knowledge, ask questions and try your hand. The stall holders are always willing to share their advice and demonstrate their products to you, so don’t be afraid to ask.
We have a double timetable for the evening entertainment. With two bands on Saturday and Sunday night and a band exclusive to the weekend visitors on the Friday night, you will certainly get to enjoy your evenings as much as your days.
We also have fire-twirling displays, bedtime stories around the campfire, Pre-historic themed fancy dress competition, Will Lord and Simon Barnard are putting on a show called ‘Evolution of Mankind’, which you will be seriously entertained by.
There is a Communal Campfire for everyone to mingle around, be social or play their instruments.
We have evening talks too this year in our Parachute Powwow Zone featuring, Johan Skullman, Dave Canterbury, Richard Harpham and more. We will also be running our traditional auction where you can bid on amazing bushcraft items that have been donated by visitors and companies for a great cause.

We challenge any outdoors event to have such an array of skilled outdoorsmen and women sharing their expert skills at one single event. Ray Mears is recognised throughout the world as one of the leading authorities on Bushcraft and Survival. Dave Canterbury is a survival expert best known as co-host of the reality TV show Dual Survival which he starred in for two seasons. He is the New York Times bestselling author of BUSHCRAFT 101. Author of the SAS Survival Handbook, Lofty Wiseman should need no introduction in the world of bushcraft & survival. We have an array of caterers including, pizza, jacket potatoes, bison burgers, hog roast with vegan and vegetarian options. Local ales and drinks are available throughout the weekend too.
