OK everyone, it’s time to get your bushcraft boots and hats ready; here comes The Bushcraft Show! The past year has flown by – it’s that time again! The three-day event is jam-packed with an amazing range of bushcraft, survival and related activities that will provide an incredible experience that you, your friends and your family will never forget. Steve Backshall described the show as ‘tremendous fun’ that’s ‘about rediscovering very old ways of interacting with the outdoors’ and Ray Mears commented on the ‘fantastic atmosphere’. Whether you stay for the whole weekend or visit for a day, make sure you immerse yourself fully in the full range of activities that are offered. There are plenty of free talks, demos and workshops led by expert instructors and practitioners from the UK and beyond.

Some highlight’s of this year’s line-up include:
Some of the great activities you can get involved in include:
Axe throwing, archery & air rifle shooting
Lakeside yoga & Finnish sauna
Firewalking & fire spinning
Zombie survival games
Open canoeing & wild swimming
Wild animals & tracking
Forge a knife
Make your own bow
The show provides a thrilling and exhilarant adventure with plenty of talks, demonstrations and activities to participate in and/or watch. There’s an incredible range of stands and stalls offering a wonderful selection of courses and equipment for the bushcrafter, survivalist, prepper, traditional craftsperson or indeed anyone who simply enjoys the outdoors. Most past visitors recommend staying for the whole holiday weekend, camping or hammocking, sitting around a camp fire and catching up with friends or making new ones in the wonderful setting of Beehive Farm and its Woodland Lakes. On top of all the bushcraftiness, there’s plenty of food and drink available and a great line up of musical entertainment each evening. We will also be having a farewell gathering in the Main Tent for everyone to thank Olivia, the outgoing Chief Editor, for her wonderful part in developing and enabling bushcraft to reach the esteemed position it is in today.
